Can I change the colors shown in the photos?

The colors shown in the photos can often be customized, depending on the product and the materials.

How do personalized labels work?

Each customized order includes two initial label proposals based on your information, colors and theme, and you choose one. If neither works, a third and final proposal is available. You approve the spelling, names, dates and event before printing; after approval and printing, replacement labels incur a reprinting charge.

How far in advance should I order?

Regular production takes a minimum of 3–4 weeks depending on the product, quantity and customization. For orders over 75 pieces we recommend 5–8 weeks.

Do you take rush orders?

Rush orders are accepted only subject to availability of pieces, quantity and fragrances, and add 10% to the total. Acceptance is never guaranteed.

Confirmed prices are shown on each product page. Designs or requests that are not listed need a special quote — send us the details and we prepare one for you.

Is there a discount for large quantities?

There are no automatic volume discounts, because every piece is handmade.

Do you ship?

Eligible, safe-to-pack products ship within the United States. Shipping is charged separately and is calculated after the finished order is packed, weighed and measured, based on weight, dimensions and destination, and must be paid before dispatch.

Is there anything you cannot ship?

Floral candles, arrangements and centerpieces cannot be shipped. They are workshop pickup only.

Do you deliver to my home?

There is no home delivery.

When can I pick up my order?

Pickup is in Channelview, Texas, for confirmed orders only, on Thursday and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The exact address and details are sent to you privately when your order is ready.

Question 14

How do I confirm my order?

Accepted Answer

A 50% nonrefundable deposit confirms and schedules your custom order. It is nonrefundable because materials are purchased and reserved for you and personalized work begins once the order is confirmed. The remaining 50% is paid in full before pickup or shipping.
